We want you to be happy with your experience at Saubhagya Path. This refund policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling and refunds work for each type of service and product.
1. Consultations (online / phone)
- Reschedule: you can reschedule your consultation free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked time.
- Cancel 24 hours or more before: full refund.
- Cancel less than 24 hours before: we will try to reschedule, but no refund is due.
- After the session has taken place: no refund.
- If we have to cancel or cannot connect with you because of a problem on our side, you can choose a new time or a full refund.
2. Puja services
- You can cancel a puja for a full refund before the puja is performed.
- Once the puja has been performed, no refund is possible.
3. Kundli reports and kundli software (digital)
- Because these are prepared or delivered personally for you, no refund is possible once the report or software has been delivered.
- If you cancel before we have started preparing your report, you will get a full refund.
- If there is a mistake on our side (for example, wrong details used), we will correct it free of charge.
4. Gemstones
- You can return a gemstone within 7 days of delivery if it is unused and returned with its original certificate and packaging.
- To start a return, contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number. We will share the return address.
- Gemstones that have been worn, set in a ring or pendant, damaged, or returned without the certificate cannot be returned.
- If your gemstone arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will replace it or refund you in full.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet) within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it in your account.
6. How to cancel or request a refund
Message us on WhatsApp at +91 82350 84800 or email saubhagyapath@gmail.com with your name, order number and reason. We reply Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 7 PM.
