These terms and conditions apply to your use of saubhagyapath.com and to all consultations, reports, puja services, gemstones and software you book or buy from Saubhagya Path, run by Dr. Acharya Dharmendra Shastri. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
We offer Vedic astrology consultations (online and by phone), kundli reports (including Kundli Milan), puja services, gemstones and kundli software. Details and prices of each service are shown on its page at the time of booking.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to book or buy. If you book for someone else (for example, a family member), you confirm that you have their permission to share their details.
3. Bookings and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Payment is made online at checkout through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay).
- A booking is confirmed once payment is received. We will contact you on phone or WhatsApp to confirm the consultation time.
- Consultation slots are subject to availability. If a chosen slot is not available, we will offer the nearest available time.
4. Your responsibilities
- Please give correct birth details (date, time and place). Readings and reports are based on the details you provide, and we are not responsible for results based on incorrect information.
- Please be available at the confirmed consultation time. A missed session without notice may be treated as used (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).
- Please treat our team with respect. We may refuse service in case of abusive behaviour.
5. Astrology disclaimer
Astrology, puja and gemstone recommendations are given as spiritual guidance based on traditional Vedic knowledge. Results are not guaranteed and may differ from person to person. Our guidance is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Please consult a qualified professional for such matters. Any decision you take based on our guidance is your own responsibility.
6. Products
We try to show gemstones and products as accurately as possible. Small natural differences in colour, shape and size are normal for natural gemstones. Shipping is covered in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Privacy
Your personal and birth details are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
All text, images, videos, logos and reports on this website and provided to you are the property of Saubhagya Path and are for your personal use only. They may not be copied, resold or published without our written permission.
